Upcoming Beats headphones teased by Lamine Yamal: New design, pink colorway

Apple's next Beats headphones just got their unofficial debut, courtesy of FC Barcelona star Lamine Yamal. The 18-year-old posted them to Instagram ahead of the World Cup, giving us our first real look at what's coming.

Last week, the FCC filing leaked the outline and model number (A3577) for new Beats over-ear headphones. Now we know they're getting a design refresh and at least one new colorway: pink.

These are expected to be the successor to the Beats Studio Pro, which launched in 2023. The timing lines up with Apple's typical product cycles, and the athlete endorsement strategy is classic Beats marketing.

For AI professionals, this matters less for the headphones themselves and more for what it signals about Apple's audio strategy. Better hardware means better input for voice AI tools, transcription services, and hands-free workflows. If Apple's improving active noise cancellation or microphone arrays, that directly impacts how well AI assistants and meeting tools perform in noisy environments.

No word yet on pricing, release date, or full specs. But if Yamal's wearing them publicly before the World Cup, expect an official announcement soon.
